A4 approx. 297 x 210 mm (11¾ x 8¼ inches)
A5 approx. 210 x 148 mm (8¼ x 5¾ inches)
A6 approx. 148 x 105 mm (5¾ x 4 inches)
A7 approx. 105 x 74 mm (4 x 3 inches)

'gsm' refers to weight of paper or card (grams per square metre) - rule of thumb, bigger the number the thicker the card

Wire binding allows books and/or calendars to open completely flat or be turned back.

Goods can be packaged for retail sale with bagtops or labels bearing your business name & information (or charity or organisation). There is normally no additional charge for this service

Quantity discounts refer to the total number of each product ordered. The pictures chosen may be all the same or assorted. Choosing an assortment of pictures does not affect quantity discount.

POSTAGE & PACKING
To keep costs to our customers to a minimum, we 'recycle' packaging material as much as possible and we don't charge for packing but we charge postage/carriage and insurance on all orders at the price it costs us. If there is a suitable choice of delivery methods we will ask you to decide how you would like us to send your goods.

Choosing and Using Pictures

USING YOUR OWN PICTURES ON PRODUCTS

Our specialty is that you can choose to have YOUR own photographs or drawn/painted artwork on any of our products
Restrictions:

• Images of children must have appropriate signed permission
• Pictures must be legally obtained and not offend decency
• You must hold or obtain written copyright permission - in the case of artwork copyright may be held by the artist and not the artwork owner.

Contact us first to discuss the best way to get pictures to us - we can use prints, transparencies, digital images and artwork.

Photographs can be enhanced as appropriate e.g. removing telephone wires, litter bins, cars etc. on views or adjusting lighting and shadows or minimising background on portraits. Colour changes, tonal balance, sharpening focus, cropping and vignetting are available for a basic fee. The cost for this will depend on the amount of work needed but most photographs cost around £5.00. Artwork requiring extensive colour matching can cost more. For artwork, we can accept work up to A3 in size. Each job is individually priced.

These are "once only" payments and the picture will be returned to you. A copy will be held on our computers for you to use on any products you may require in the future.
